Make a booking

Book service on the same day or up to 30 business days in advance to enjoy priority service.


  • The information shown is based on real-time service queue and refreshed at fixed intervals. Neither the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (the 'bank') nor any HSBC Group members will accept liability for any delay, errors or omissions. The bank reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue the above services at its discretion and at anytime without prior notice.

  • Account Opening is applicable for future bookings only.

  • You can make a booking for services once per day. As HSBC branches have different service hours the available timeslots will vary accordingly, please refer to the available timeslots above. Services will be suspended during typhoon warning signal number 8 or above or black rainstorm warning.

  • You can review and modify your booking. Same day booking or modification can be made at least 5 hours in advance.

  • You're required to present the confirmation QR code upon arrival at your preferred HSBC branch for identification. The bank reserves the right to cancel the booking if you are unable to present the confirmation QR code. You can check in from 15 minutes before to 15 minutes after your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you are required to get a new ticket.

  • The bank will not use the mobile number provided for any other purposes apart from sending you the SMS. Any network problems, system failures, phone connection problems and/or blockages by third party applications which render the failure of sending SMS, neither the bank nor any HSBC Group members will accept liability for any delay, errors, omissions or failure associated with the SMS.

  • The bank will not update your mobile number stored in our records. Please contact our staff if you need to update your mobile number.
