Check the real-time status of the service queue of HSBC branches to help you decide when and which HSBC branch to visit.

Join the queue by getting a service ticket remotely before arriving at your preferred HSBC branch to save time.
Make a booking
Book a service appointment at your preferred HSBC branch on the same day* or up to 30 business days in advance so you can plan your schedule more effectively.

* Same day bookings or modifications are available at least 5 hours in advance.

View real-time service queue at an HSBC branch

Step 1

Choose an HSBC branch

Choose your preferred district on the map, or search by selecting an area, a district, an HSBC branch and a service from the pull-down menu and select 'Search'.

Step 2

View the search result

Search result will show the service queue of your preferred HSBC branch including 'Last ticket served', 'Next ticket number' and 'Estimated waiting time'.

Step 3

Get a ticket or make a booking

From there, you can select one of the following options:
- Get a ticket now
- Make a booking
- Make a booking for this afternoon
